rxIndex is intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals — doctors, intern doctors, and medical students — to search medicines and create prescriptions. It is a clinical workflow tool and is not intended for use by patients or the general public.

- Maintain and improve the App's stability and performance on your device

Where rxIndex offers AI-assisted suggestions, the processing takes place entirely on your device. The symptoms or text you enter for these features are not sent to any external server. Any suggestions provided are intended only to assist the prescribing professional and do not constitute a medical diagnosis. The clinical decision always rests with the prescribing doctor.
6.Patient Data and Your Responsibility
Because you may enter information about your patients, you are responsible for handling that information in accordance with applicable laws and your professional obligations, including obtaining any patient consent that may be required. rxIndex is a tool that helps you record and produce prescriptions; the clinical and legal responsibility for patient data and prescribing decisions remains with you.

We do not sell or rent your information. Information leaves your device only when you choose to share or print a prescription, or where we are required to do so by law.
